Q: How do I get to watch KORTV?

Q: What is KORTV's refund policy?

A: KORTV doesn't have refund policy due to all of KORTV transactions are done through Apple's iTunes. If you would like to receive refund please contact iTunes. Please visit this link for more information: iTunes Terms.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: Yes. All the billing and cancellation is done through iTunes. You will need to sign-in to your iTunes Store account by computer, iPhone, iPad or iPod to modify or cancel your KORTV app subscription.

Q: Am I locked into yearly contract when I subscribe to KORTV?

A: No. We don't believe in locking customers into a yearly contract like other Korean IPTV providers. We are firm believer of customer comes first. Nobody likes to be locked in to a yearly contract only to find out they are unhappy with the service.

Q: Is their any hidden fees?

A: No. There are no hidden fees of any kind when you subscribe to KORTV. The price that you see is only thing that you need to pay to watch KORTV's premium service. You may experience some fluctuation in your billing due to currency.

Q: Is free channels really free?

A: Yes. If you have Apple TV, you can watch 11 real-time live streaming channels coming directly from South Korea for free. You don't need to register or signup for any kind to experience the fee live streaming on your Apple TV.

Q: I want to watch KBS World but I do not see it on the premium channel list. How can I watch it?

A: Due to the content provider's request, we are unable to broadcast KBS World in certain areas. KBS World service restricted areas include: New Zealand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan and some areas in America (NY, NJ, HI & LA County). We strive to provide our service all over the world, but restricted service areas may expand or decease due to the sudden request of the copyright owner, KBS World. Q: Why Video playback goes from HD quality to SD quality?

A: The reason you are experiencing change in the video quality is due to your Internet connectivity. When your Internet connectivity goes down, KORTV's streaming automatically adjust to your new Internet connection speed. Once your Internet connectivity comes back to normal, HD quality viewing will resume.
